Return are accepted within 30 days of purchase
Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service within 30 days for a refund
or replacement

Always request for a Return Merchandise Authorisation(RMA) number to be issued

When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. if using a prepaid gift card
such as visa or mastercard, please retain to ensure proper credit

Return Product with RMA number on outside of the returning package. Products returned without the RMA number on outside of the package
or past the 30 days duration will not be considered for refunds or exchange

Upon return, the customer should make sure the product is at the same state upon which it was delivered
We wouldn’t accept a return or exchange if a product has been used, broken or devalued in any way by the buyer

We will be fully responsible for the return fee of the product. This will be fully paid and included in
the purchase amount of the product to be refunded to the customer

All goods to be returned should come in its original packaging
A copy of the purchase receipt be included upon return of the package
